Service has been restored. Please accept our apologies for the interruption. We had to switch providers and finding a similar service took a few days.
You may have been trying to reach our after-hours service without success. We were just made aware that Phreesia On Call has a nationwide outage, and we have been affected by this unfortunate event.
We are diligently trying to find an alternative service, but I doubt we will be able to have it up and running overnight.
In the meantime, if you believe your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please go to your nearest Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or call 911. For other urgent but non-emergent matters, you may reach us via the portal or email us at wetendpedsdc@gmail.com.
