We hope your family has had a safe and healthy summer! As flu season approaches, we’d like to share some important information about scheduling your child’s flu vaccine.
We have plenty of flu vaccines available, as well as the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 6 months through 12 years.
You can easily schedule through your online patient portal—look for the provider labeled **“Flu Shots”**—or call our office at **202-758-3210**.
As a reminder, children between 6 months and 8 years old who have never received a flu vaccine will need two doses, given at least four weeks apart.

Please join us for our annual Halloween flu clinic on:
**Saturday, October 24**.
**9:00 AM–2:30 PM**
Children are encouraged to come in costume! We’ll welcome them with plenty of Halloween fun and surprises…plus one tiny trick: their flu shot! 🎃👻🍬
Flu vaccines are also available during regularly scheduled appointments, including checkups, medication checks, and sick visits.
Parents may be vaccinated for an out-of-pocket fee of **$60**. We will provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. When scheduling or checking in, please let your greeter know if a parent would also like to receive a flu shot so we can streamline the process for your family.
For patients who are particularly needle-averse, we also offer **FluMist**, the nasal spray vaccine. Supplies are limited, so please let us know when scheduling if you prefer this option.
